一見株式会社（以下「当社」といいます）は、音声変換AI、動画制作、ホームページ制作などの事業を行うにあたり、 お客様の個人情報およびお預かりするすべてのデータを適切に取り扱うことを社会的責務と認識し、 以下の通りプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
私たちは、お客様からお預かりするすべての情報（音声、動画、個人情報など）を最も大切な資産であると考え、 その保護に最大限の努力を払うことをお約束します。

1. 収集する情報と利用目的

当社は、サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、目的を明確にした上でお客様の情報をお預かりします。

2. データおよび知的財産権の取り扱い

(1) 知的財産権の帰属
お客様が本サービスを利用するために提供するデータの権利は、お客様または正当な権利者に帰属します。
お客様が本サービスを利用して生成したコンテンツ（生成コンテンツ）の著作権は、お客様自身に帰属します。

(2) 利用範囲
お預かりした音声、映像、テキスト、画像等のデータは、契約目的の範囲内でのみ利用いたします。
ただし、お客様は当社に対し、サービスの改善や宣伝広告において、匿名化した上で生成コンテンツを利用する権利を無償で許諾するものとします。
この利用には、複製、上映、公衆送信、展示、翻案などが含まれます。

(3) 第三者提供
法令に基づく場合を除き、お客様ご本人の同意なく、第三者に個人情報またはコンテンツデータを提供または開示することは一切ありません。

3. データの保存と削除

• お預かりしたコンテンツデータは、サービスの提供完了後またはお客様が退会された後、当社規程に基づき原則30日以内に削除します。
• 契約終了後は、合意に基づき、データは速やかに削除または返却いたします。
• 法律上の義務（例：会計情報の保存など）がある場合を除き、お客様のデータを不必要に長期間保持することはありません。
• お客様がご自身の操作でいつでも削除できる仕組みも提供します。

4. 情報の管理とセキュリティ対策

当社は、お客様からお預かりする情報を保護するため、技術的および組織的な両面から業界最高水準のセキュリティ対策を講じます。

• 暗号化保存: データは、国内外の信頼性あるクラウド環境（AWS / GCP / Azure 等）に強力なアルゴリズムを用いて暗号化して保存されます。
• 通信の暗号化: お客様のデバイスとサーバー間の通信は、すべてSSL/TLSによって暗号化され、盗聴や改ざんを防ぎます。
• アクセス管理: データにアクセスできる担当者を必要最小限に限定し、厳格な権限管理と操作ログの監視を行います。
• 脆弱性対策: 定期的なセキュリティ監査と脆弱性スキャンを実施し、システムの安全性を維持・向上させます。
• 外部委託先の管理: 外部委託先には、当社と同等のセキュリティ基準を遵守させ、適切な管理体制を求めます。
• 国外移転: 個人情報を国外のサーバーで処理・保存する場合、個人情報保護法に基づき適切な保護措置を講じます。

5. お客様の権利と同意プロセス

(1) 事前同意

(2) 開示・訂正・削除

マーケティング目的のメールマガジンなど、サービス提供に必須ではない情報利用については、 お客様がいつでも配信停止を選択できるようにします。

一见株式会社（以下简称“本公司”）在开展包括语音转换AI、视频制作、网站开发等业务时，充分认识到妥善处理客户个人信息及所有托管数据的社会责任，并制定如下隐私政策。
我们视客户托付的所有信息（如语音、视频、个人信息等）为最重要的资产，并承诺尽最大努力保护这些信息。

本公司仅在提供服务所必需的范围内收集客户信息，并在明确目的的前提下进行收集。

(1) 知识产权归属
客户为使用本服务而提供的数据的权利归客户本人或合法权利人所有。
客户使用本服务生成的内容（生成内容）的著作权归客户本人所有。

(2) 使用范围
我们仅在合同目的范围内使用客户托付的音频、视频、文本、图片等数据。
但客户同意免费授权本公司在服务改进或宣传推广中使用匿名化后的生成内容。
此类使用包括复制、放映、公开传输、展示及改编等。

(3) 向第三方提供
除法律规定外，未经客户本人同意，本公司不会向第三方提供或披露个人信息或内容数据。

3. 数据保存与删除

• 托管的内容数据将在服务完成或客户退出后，按照公司规定原则上30日内删除。
• 合同结束后，数据将根据协议迅速删除或返还。
• 除法律义务（例如会计信息保存）外，不会长时间保留客户数据。
• 提供客户可自行随时删除数据的功能。

4. 信息管理与安全措施

本公司从技术和组织两方面采取行业最高水平的安全措施保护客户信息。

• 加密存储：数据使用强加密算法存储在国内外可靠的云环境（如AWS / GCP / Azure）。
• 通信加密：客户设备与服务器间的所有通信均通过SSL/TLS加密，防止窃听或篡改。

The copyrights of the content generated by customers using this service (generated content) belong to the customers themselves.

(2) Scope of Use
The audio, video, text, and image data entrusted to us will only be used within the scope of the contractual purpose.
However, customers grant the Company the right to use generated content, after anonymization, for service improvement or promotional purposes, free of charge.
Such use may include reproduction, presentation, public transmission, display, or adaptation.

(3) Provision to Third Parties
Except as required by law, the Company will not provide or disclose personal information or content data to third parties without the customer’s consent.

3. Data Storage and Deletion

• Content data entrusted to us will be deleted, in principle, within 30 days after service completion or upon customer withdrawal, in accordance with company policy.
• After the end of a contract, data will be promptly deleted or returned based on mutual agreement.
• Except where required by law (e.g., retention of accounting information), data will not be kept for unnecessary long periods.
• We also provide mechanisms that allow customers to delete their own data at any time.

4. Information Management and Security Measures
